So, for this part of the project I am looking at textures around Penzance, as a seaside town I will primarly look at coastal textures, this will include materials effected by corrosion and weathering. For example, I will walk along the sea front and photograph the materials from the boats, there ropes and other items which will link to my idea. I will use a macro lense and self-focus in order to capture in the most detail the textures and bulid up of my image.
